摘要
在原板纸胶乳基础上 ,以丁二烯、苯乙烯为主单体 ,不饱和羧酸和腈类为功能单体 (各 1~ 5份 ) ,采用复合乳化体系 ,在过硫酸盐的引发作用下 ,合成出了面层涂布用板纸胶乳。该胶乳机械稳定性小于 0 .1 0 0 % ,化学稳定性小于 0 .0 3 0 % ,粒径为 1 1 0~ 1 40nm。研究了乳化体系、引发体系、功能单体的用量及其加入方式以及工艺参数对聚合行为及胶乳性能的影响。采用阴离子与非离子乳化剂构成复合乳化体系 ,腈类功能单体分批加入的方式 ,确定了最佳的聚合配方和工艺条件。
The surface coating latex for paperboard was synthesized by thermal decomposition initiation and multiple emulsifier with butadiene and styrene as main monomers and carboxylic acid and carboxylic nitrile as functional monomers.The mechanical stability of the latex was less than 0.100%,chemical stability less than 0.030%,particle size 110~140 nm.The influences of emulsifier system,initiation system,functional monomers and process conditions on polymerization behavior and properties of latex were studied.The optimum recipe and conditions were obtained.The products could meet the demand of paperboard making.
