摘要
研究了氯系氧化剂Ca(ClO) 2 、NaClO对CN-在碱性条件下的氧化效果及叔丁醇对有机腈类(AN、ACN等 )的氧化效果 ,同时研究了用ClO2 在酸性条件下对CN-的氧化效果。结果表明 :氯系氧化剂在碱性条件下可使急冷水中的总氰降低到 1 5× 1 0 -6以下 ,达到排放标准 ,叔丁醇可将硫酸铵母液中的有机腈降到 5× 1 0 -6以下 ,ClO2 在酸性条件下可将硫酸铵母液中的总氰降低 45 %以上。
The oxidation effects of calcium hypochlorite and sodium hypochlorite on cyanic ion in the condition of alkalinity and tert -butanol on nitrile grouping were studied.The oxidation effect of chlorine dioxide on cyanic ion in the condition of acidity was also studied.The results showed that the total cyanogens in the quench water decreased to less than 15×10 -6 chloride series oxidants in the condition of alkalinity.The organic nitrile grouping in the solution of ammonia sulfate decreased less than 5×10 -6 by the tert -butanol.The total cyanogens in the ammonia sulfate decreased 45% by chlorine dioxide in the condition of acidity.
