摘要
介绍了 3种BOPP树脂的主要生产工艺参数及其改进。适当降低BOPP树脂的等规指数至95 %左右 ,可以提高其加工性能 ;使 2个环管反应器的氢气加入量差距增大 ,可以使相对分子质量分布加宽 ,从而降低聚合物熔体流动对温度的敏感性 ;进料中加入定量的乙烯 。
The most important process parameters and properties of three biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) and their improvement were introduced.Decreasing the isotacticity of BOPP to 95% could improve its processability.The relationship of the process parameters and the physical properties was analyzed.
