摘要
5万t/aABS装置EBR合成单元通过采用新技术 ,使聚合时间由 72h缩短为 3 5h。根据新技术的控制特点 ,对原 3 0m3 EBR单元聚合釜的撤热能力进行了核算。根据计算结果对聚合釜进行了改造 ,即在聚合釜内新增 3组列管 ,并将列管与夹套并联改为串联 ,满足了传热要求。
A new technology for reducing reaction time of EBR polymerization was adopted in 50 kt/a ABS plant.The heat removing system of the reactor was reformed according to the calculation capacity to meet the process requirement,and the process design of EBR reactor was accomplished by the parameter.
