摘要
通过对实际工况下动涡盘的受力分析 ,建立了有限元分析模型 ,对整个载荷循环过程进行应力和变形分析 ,并由此得到了涡旋压缩机动涡盘在实际工况时 ,惯性载荷、气体力载荷作用下的应力分布特点及变形规律 。
Through the stress analysis of the orbiting scroll under a practical working condition, a finite element analysis model was founded to analyze the stress and deformation of the whole load cycle.The stress distribution characteristics and the deformation laws of the inertial loading and gas pressure loading were derived when the orbiting scroll in the scroll compressor was in a practical working condition.The maximum stress position and the rotating angle of the major axle at the maximum stress were determined.
