PTA装置高压蒸汽透平存在的问题及对策

摘要 简要介绍了PTA装置高压凝汽式透平汽缸变形及高压蒸汽导流管的损坏情况 ,分析了汽缸变形及导流管损坏机理 ,从实测的变形数据及改变导流管结构入手提出了透平修复方法 。 The deformation of the cylinder and the damage of the high pressure steam honeycomb duct of the high pressure steam turbine in a PTA plant were simply presented, the mechanism of the cylinder deformation and honeycomb duct damage were analyzed. Finally, a method for measuring the turbine was proposed on the basis of the measured deformation data and the changed honeycomb duct structure, and the result was satisfactory.
