Status and perspectives of enzyme membrane reactors

介绍了酶膜反应器的基本概念、特点、分类等 ,列举了酶膜反应器在辅酶或辅助因子的再生、有机相酶催化、手性拆分与手性合成、生物大分子的水解等方面的一些应用实例 ,并就酶膜反应器目前存在的突出问题和相应的解决办法进行了讨论 .

The basic concept, feature and classification of enzyme membrane reactor were described, and some application examples in regeneration of coenzymes or cofactors, catalysis in organic phase, chiral separation and chiral synthesis, as well as hydrolysis of biomacromolecules, were presented. Finally, the currently existing problems and the corresponding solution strategies were discussed.
