介绍了桑塔纳轿车扣锁注塑模的设计,根据制品的形状特征和外观要求,模具采用了推板和顶杆联合顶出脱模的两板式、侧面进浇的平缝式浇口结构;由于制件带有铝合金的金属嵌件,因此,在动模型芯中的顶出系统设有弹簧先行复位机构,以保证合模前能将镶块顺利地放入,合模后才可进行注射成型。
