摘要  用溶胶-凝胶法在碳钢表面制备TiO2涂层。用正交设计法对水解反应温度、涂覆次数、热处理温度和时间4因素进行了优化,并考察了上述4因素对涂层在10%(体积分数)H2SO4介质中的耐蚀性能和650℃空气气氛中的抗高温氧化性能的影响。 TiO 2 coatings on carbon steel substrates were prepared by sol gel processing. The four factors as hydrolysis temperature, times of coating, heat treatment temperature and time were optimized by orthogonal design. The influences of the above four factors on corrosion resistance in 10% (volume percent) H 2SO 4 solution and oxidation resistance at temperature of 650 ℃ of the coatings were investigated.
