摘要
研究不同的加工温度、混炼设备、加工工艺对纳米氧化锌在BR胶料中分散性的影响。结果表明 ,提高混炼温度 ,采用密炼机混炼 ,对提高分散性有利 ;混炼前先将纳米氧化锌和硬脂酸混合的加料方法 ,可以有效地改善纳米氧化锌在胶料中的结团现象 ,大大提高其分散性。
The influence of the mixing temperature,mixer and processing technology on the dispersibility of nano-ZnO in BR compound was investigated.The results showed that the elevated mixing temperature and the internal mixer were beneficial to improve the dispersibility of nano-ZnO;and the blending nano-ZnO with stearic acid before mixing could improve the aggragation and dispersibility of nano-ZnO in rubber compound.
