主要叙述了S型四辊压延机厚度自动检测及厚度自动控制系统的研制 ,着重阐述该系统结构的设计以及厚度自动检测系统中模型的建立。厚度控制软件在常规PID控制的基础上采用增量式调节 ,控制系统采用了与现场手控完全独立的控制方案 ,并对生产线描述所需的其它控制参数的数据采集及处理进行了设计。

The automotive measuring and controlling system of the coated cord ply gauge on calender is described with the emphasis on the structure design and model establishment of the system.The incremental adjustment is applied in the software of gauge control based on normal PID control and the control system is independent from the manual control in situ.The data sampling and processing of other control parameters necessary for describing the production line are designed.
