摘要
以亚硫酸氢钠甲萘醌 (MSB)和烟酰胺为原料 ,在常温下合成了稳定型维生素K3 (MNB)并对影响反应的因素进行了考察。得到的优化反应条件为 :n(MSB)∶n(烟酰胺 ) =1∶1 5 ,m(MSB)∶m(H2 O) =1∶4,反应时间 2h ,MNB的收率大于 96 %,质量分数大于 94%,经实验验证 ,MNB比MSB有较好的稳定性。用IR对产品进行了确证。
Using menadione sodium bisulfite(MSB)and nicotinamide as raw materials,effects of reaction conditions on synthesis of menadione nicotinamide bisulfite(MNB)at room temperature were investigated.The optimum synthetic conditions were reaction time 2 h,mole ratio of MSB to nicotinamide 1∶1.5 and mass ratio of MSB to H 2O 1∶4.Yield of MNB was over 96% and mass fraction of MNB in the product was more than 94%.Experimental results showed that MNB was more stable than MSB.The product was characterized by IR.
