Preparation of a Normal Temperature High Efficiency Cleaner for Aluminum Slices

研制了一种常温高效铝翅片清洗剂 ,主要成分 (质量分数 )是 5 %～ 8%HCl,5 %～ 10 %H3 PO4 ,5 %～ 10 %助洗剂 ,2 %～ 5 %表面活性剂 ,0 5 %～ 2 %缓蚀剂和少量溶于水的助剂。该清洗剂的清洗时间为 3～ 5min ,清洗率高达 10 0 %,腐蚀率几乎为零。

The normal temperature high efficiency cleaner for aluminum slices consists of 5%-8%HCl,5%-10% H 3PO 4,5%-10% assistant cleaner,2%-5% surfactants,0.5%-2% corrosion inhibitor and small amounts of water miscible auxiliary agents.The cleaning time is about 3-5 minutes,the efficiency of cleaning can reach 100%,and the corrosion rate is almost zero.
