摘要
介绍了国内外埋地钢质管道外防腐层的种类及其在管道中的应用情况 ,针对各防腐层在管道应用中的不足 ,提出了一种新型的防腐涂料——— 10 0 %固体聚氨酯防腐涂料 ,该涂料综合性能好、适应性强 ,可喷涂、涂刷、浇注一次成膜 ,形成的覆盖层可从弹性体到刚性体 。
The types of external coating of buried steel pipelines and coatings' application home and abroad are introduced. In the light of shortcomings of various coatings in practical use,a new coating material—100% solid polyurethane coating material ( 2K or DD type) is recommended to use. This kind of coating material has advantages in comprehensive properties, strong suitability, filming with one-time's spraying, painting and casting,and formed coating covers from elastomer to rigidity with perfect properties in anti-corrosion and mechanical strength.
