摘要
用还原性的硫酸亚铁溶液作为再生剂 ,对吸附了Cr6+ 的强碱性离子交换树脂的再生机理进行了初步的探讨和再生工艺的研究。试验结果表明 ,用硫酸亚铁溶液作为再生剂 ,可以降低铬离子对树脂骨架的破坏 ,再生效率可以保持在 0 .85以上。再生工艺条件如下 :再生剂硫酸亚铁溶液的浓度为 0 .5~ 1.0mol/L、用量为树脂体积的 3~ 5倍、pH为 1~ 2、流速为 2~ 4m/h ,再生温度为 2 5~ 4 5℃。
The mechanism and the process for regenerating strong basic ion exchange resin charged of Cr 6+ were studied by using ferrous sulfate solution as the regenerant.The results show that using ferrous sulfate solution as the regenerant can reduce the damage on resin framework caused by chromium ion and keep the regeneration efficiency over 0.85.The optimum process conditions are as follows:ferrous sulfate concentration 0.5~1.0 mol/L,regenerant dosage 3~5 times resin volume,regenerant solution pH1~2,operation temperature 25~45℃ and flow rate 2~4 m/h.
