摘要
研究了树脂吸附法处理磺胺中间体生产废水的工艺过程。研究结果表明 ,NDA 90 0吸附树脂对该废水具有良好的吸附—脱附处理效果。在原废水中对氨基苯磺酸质量浓度为 5 0 0 0~ 6 0 0 0mg/L ,氨基值近 5 0 0 0mg/L ,COD高达 10 0 0 0mg/L以上 ,经树脂吸附处理后 (处理量为每批次 12BV) ,对氨基苯磺酸的去除率大于 96 % ,氨基值去除率大于 6 5 % ,COD去除率大于5 5 % ;树脂脱附液经酸化结晶、过滤处理 。
The resin adsorption process for treating sulfanilamide intermediate wastewater was studied.The results show that the adsorbing resin NDA 900 has an excellent performance of adsorption desorption.Under the conditions of p aminobenzene sulfonic acid mass concentration 5000~6000 mg/L,amino group mass concentration about 5000 mg/L and COD over 10000 mg/L in influent,and treatment batch 12 BV(resin bed volume),the removal rates of p aminobenzene sulfonic acid,amino group and COD are over 96%,65% and 55% respectively.Meanwhile,p aminobenzene sulfonic acid can be recovered from desorption solution by acidification and filtration.
