摘要
以热法磷酸生产过程中排放的熔融态工业废渣 (黄磷渣 )为原料 ,通过添加合适的调节料和一定的辅热制得各色透明玻璃材料 ,再将其进行一定的热处理 ,制成高性能的微晶玻璃材料。试验结果表明 :黄磷渣的放射性符合国家建材标准 ,显微硬度平均约为 7GPa ,耐酸碱度均在 98%以上 ,微晶玻璃内部组织中晶粒粒径约为 1μm。
Yellow phosphorus slag is the molten industrial waste slag discharged in phosphoric acid production by thermal process,from which multicolored transparent glass can be manufactured with some additives and some auxi liary heat.Then the transparent glass can be transformed into the high quality glass ceramic by heat treatment.The experimental results show that the radioactivity of the yellow phosphorus slag can meet the national standard for building materials;the microhardness of the glass ceramic is about 700 kgf/mm 2;both acid resistance and alkali resistance of the glass ceramic are more than 98%;and the crystal size of the glass ceramic is about 1 μm.
