废旧压敏胶粘标签清洗剂的研究

A RESEARCH ON PREPARING AN EFFECTIVE ADHESIVE-DETERGENT FROM THE PRESSURE-SENSITIVE WASTE LABELS

针对公共环境和商品上废旧残损压敏胶粘标签的清除 ,研制了 2种压敏胶粘标签的水基清洗剂。进行了配方组分筛选试验、单因素试验及正交试验 ,优化出了分别含酯类溶剂和烃类溶剂的 2类配方 ;通过添加适量的阴离子和非离子复配型表面活性剂 ,同时在适当的投料顺序、搅拌速度和时间、温度等工艺参数条件下 ,制备了均匀稳定的 2类水基清洗剂 ;该清洗剂适于多种基材表面的压敏胶粘标签的清洗 ,具有对基材无腐蚀、环境污染小。

The present paper intends to introduce the authors' success in developing two kinds of high-effective detergents to remove pressure-sensitive label-adhesives. As is known, pressure-sensitive adhesive labels have increasingly been used in commodities, advertisements, and farm produces, such as on food stocks, thus leading to widespread abuse of label adhesives in the modern domestic and international markets. As a result, the surface of such goods and advertisements, and sometimes even the environment get badly polluted. Though many kinds of organic solvents or alkali liquor are used, such pressure-sensitive waste adhesives can hardly get fully wiped off, for the waste adhesives can be poisonous, toxicant, corrosive at high temperature, letting alone high cost of the method itself. Just to meet such a urgent extensive need, two kinds water-based detergents for removing such adhesives have been developed by the present authors in terms of environmental protection and safety. Our detergents are made of two kinds of homogenous and stable water-based cleaners by adding a small amount of anionic and nonionic surfactants easy to emulsion formation. At the same time, different processing parameters, such as order of casting materials, mixing rate, mixing time and operating temperature, are also discussed in this paper. The given optimized detergents consist of twenty-five percent ester solvent, zero point five to one percent surfactant, two percent assistant and fifteen percent hydrocarbon solvent, seven percent surfactant, and eight percent assistant, respectively. The optimum processing temperature is 10 to 25 ℃. The favorite mixing rate is 2 000 r/h with the mixing time from half to one hour. The cleaners appear white emulsion. The detergents are suitable for cleaning pressure-sensitive label adhesives on the surface of many kinds of base materials such as glass, wood, cement, metal and plastics with desirable removed effect just in a few minutes. Besides, they are low in corrosion to base material, free from contamination as well as comparatively cheap for consumers.
