摘要
2002年我国实行稳健的货币政策,达到预期目标。在货币政策操作中出现了新的特点,频繁进行公开市场业务活动。本文认为,我国央行的公开市场业务操作是符合其基本任务要求的,但在与财政政策的协调方面还有待于改进。这种改进将依赖于体制与制度的改革。本文还对我国2003年的货币政策取向及其操作做了简要的预测。
In 2002, moderate monetary policy was practiced and desired goals have been achieved. New characteristics have appeared in the operation of monetary policy and open market operation has often been carried out. The paper holds that the open market operation by the central bank of China has been in conformity with its basic requirements, but coordination with public financial policy is still to be improved. The improvement will depend on the reform of system and regulations. The paper also makes brief speculations on the orientation of monetary policy and its operation in 2003.
