摘要
万向集团之所以被大家称为“民营企业常青树” ,之所以在“走出去”战略实施过程中能够成功地收购美国上市公司和有著名品牌的公司 ,是因为万向集团主席鲁冠球的企业家禀性使得其在“国内形势所逼”下主动开发国际市场 ,并且在出口规模升级和产品升级的情况下 ,鲁冠球能适时有效地在企业内部实行企业家职能分工和企业家职能网络化 ,从而把握了发展的机遇和及时地掌握了国际市场竞争的知识和能力。相比那些经历过生生死死的和长不大的民营企业来说 ,万向集团的企业家职能市场环境和自身认知能力提高所作的适应性调整及相应的组织结构调整 ,是万向集团成功的保证和关键之所在。因此 ,无论在企业成长的初期还是发展、成熟阶段 ,只要有明确的企业家禀性及其“与时俱进” ,企业的顺利成长是可以预期的。
The reason why Wanxiang Group Company(WGC)is popularly known as'the Evergreen Among Private Enterprises'and why in carrying out the strategy of'going out to the outside world'it can succeed in purchasing some American listed companies and other famous firms is that Mr.Lu Guanqiu,WGC's president,has the entrepreneurial personality that enables him,'pressed by the domestic situˉation ',to take the initiative to develop international markets and,to timely and effectively make a division of entrepreneurial function and'networklize'this function within his company when WGC's export scale and products were upgraded,thus embracing the opportunity of development and acquiring the knowledge and ability to compete in international markets.Some non-state owned enterprises have faced out matters of life and death and remained dwarfs of infants,but it is not the case with WGC,whose guarantee for and whose key to success is the market environment of WGC's enˉtrepreneurial functions,together with its adjustments of adaptability and the corresponding organizaˉtional adjustment to the improvement of ability of self-recognition.Therefor,whether an enterprise is beginning to grow or has been developing for some time,or has been matured,so long as it has definite entrepreneurial personalities and'keeps up with the time',it can be expected to grow up without a hitch.
