高精度导轨的激光热处理实验研究

Laboratory Study of Laser Heat Treating on a High Precision Guide

对高精度直线滚动导轨进行激光热处理的实验研究。结果表明:导轨面硬化层深度:0.8～1.3mm,硬度HV713～872(≈HRC60～65.5),变形≤0.1/1000。已满足该导轨的热处理技术要求。

This paper introduced the laboratory study of a laser guide. The result shows that the depth of hardened case on the liner guide is 0.8~1.3mm, the hardness is HV 713~872(HRC60~65.5), the distortion ≤0.1/1000。
