对加强我校文科教研组建设的思考

The Building of the College Teaching Research Group of the Liberal Arts in the New Situation

教研组是基层教学研究组织，要提高高校的整体教学质量和办学水平，应重视高校教研组的建设。新形势下搞好教研组的建设，发挥其教学、教改、科研的作用，有必要实施四项工程，即：齐心、换脑、练功、创新。

The teaching research group is the basic organization of the teaching and research. Its building should be paid attention to if the overall teaching quality and the college running level need to be im- proved. In this paper, four projects are produced concerning how to build and manage the teaching re- search group in the new situation so as to bring it into play in the fields of teaching, teaching research and science research. The projects are working together, changing old ideas improving academically and bring- ing forth new ideas.
