摘要
采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定饮料中砷的含量,研究硼氢化钾浓度、盐酸浓度等因素对测定结果的影响,建立饮料中微量砷的适宜分析条件。方法检测限为0.60μg/kg,回收率在93%~96%之间。
Trace arsenic in soft drink is measured by hydride generation and atomic fluorescence sepectrometer in this paper.Based on the study of the effect of concentration of KBH4 and hydrochloric acid,the analytical conditions are established. The detection limit is 0.60μg/kg. The rate of recovery varies between 93%?96%.
