文章提出了东莞市现代机械装备工业的发展模式:立足于珠三角现代制造业并面向全国和国际市场的市场定位;以产品开发、市场开发、装配加工为重点的企业结构和准时化生产方式的管理模式。
This paper puts forward a development model for modern mechanical equipment industry in Dongquan city.It is based on the modern manufacturing industries in the Pearl River Delta.and serve both internal and external markets; Factories should focus on product design、market development、assembly and processing.And JIT should be adopted in the management of production.
