摘要
用铝和陶瓷颗粒制成复合材料 ,在 7.6 2mm穿甲弹的侵彻下 ,复合材料的抗弹性能表现为 :当复合材料中的陶瓷颗粒尺寸小于 8mm时 ,防护系数随陶瓷尺寸的增加而缓慢增加 ;当陶瓷尺寸大于 8mm时 ,防护系数随陶瓷尺寸的增加快速增加。在抗弹过程中 ,由于铝对陶瓷的约束作用 ,和铝与陶瓷界面的波阻特性 。
A composite material made of aluminium and lump ceramics has showed a relation between its performance against pellets and the lump ceramics size. The relation is that when the dimension of the lump ceramics in the composite material is smaller than 8mm, the protecting coefficient would increase slowly along with the dimension of lump ceramics; when the dimension of the lump ceramics in the composite material is larger than 8mm, the protecting coefficient would increase rapidly along with the dimension of lump ceramics. The composite material made of aluminium and lump ceramics can improve the performance of composite materials against pellets due to the restraining effect of Al for ceramics and the wave resistance in the boundary between aluminium and ceramics during invading.
