摘要
对高强高导弥散强化铜材料的可锻性进行了实验研究。针对预成形坯材料在锻造过程中出现裂纹的问题 ,制定了预成形坯材料相对密度对可锻性的影响 ,打击能量对预成形坯材料可锻性的影响 ,应力状态对预成形坯材料可锻性的影响 ,预成形坯材料的高径比对可锻性的影响四种实验方案进行研究 ,研究表明 :使用合理的工艺参数能够对低塑性的弥散强化铜材料进行锻造加工 ,可以大大改善材料的工作性能。
The forgeability of dispersion-strengthened copper material with high strength and high conductivity is studied. The influences of density,hitting-energy , stress state ,height/diameter ratio on the forgeability of the material are researched. It shows that dispersion-strengthened copper can be forged by selecting favorable process conditions, and its working properties can be improved.
