摘要
利用金相、扫描电镜等手段对铁路刹车自动控制系统的内钳在服役中不断发生早期断裂进行了较深入的分析 ,认为内钳材料的金相组织、力学性能均存在不良现象 ,系统中内钳受力 (交变应力 )不均匀 。
The fracture analysis of the inside brake used in the automatic railway braking system was carried out by means of metallograph and SEM. The results show that the main reasons of the inside brake fracture are the inhomogeneity of the microstructure and mechanical properties of the brake material, and the cyclic load under service conditions.
