Concentration of Zinc and Separation of Ferric Iron from the Biochemical Lixivium of Low-grade Zinc Sulfide by Solvent Extraction

摘要 选用D2EHPA—TOA体系作为低品位硫化锌矿生物浸出液中锌的富集和铁的去除的溶剂萃取体系.结果表明,该体系能显著改善硫酸锌溶液中锌的萃取富集和铁的去除性能.锌的最大饱和容量增加约12%,负锌有机相只需用0.25mol/L的稀硫酸经一级即可达到完全反萃,负铁有机相可以用4mol/L硫酸反萃除去. The D2EHPA-TOA organic phase was used as the solvent-extraction system for the concentration of zinc and the separation of ferric ion from the biochemical lixivium of low-grade zinc sulfide. The results indicate that the system can improve evidently the performances for zinc extraction and iron removal from zinc sulfide. The zinc saturated capacity increases by 12%. The complete stripping of zinc from the zinc-loaded D2EHPA-TOA organic phase can be achieved by 0.25 mol/L H2SO4 through one stage, while -68% of ferric iron is stripped from the Fe-loaded D2EHPA-TOA organic phase only by 4 mol/L H2SO4 through one stage.
