湖南省普通高校大学生课外体育活动现状的调查与分析

Investingation and Analysis of Out-of-class Sports Activities by College Students in Hunan

通过阅卷调查、文献资料、数理统计等方法,对湖南省在校大学生参加课外体育活动的现状进行抽样调查与分析,结果发现:大部分大学生一周参加2～3次的课外体育活动。他们参加课外体育活动的动机是多层次的,选择的活动项目以大小球类项目为主。缺少场地器材,学习压力大,怕累,缺乏技术指导是影响他们参加课外体育活动最主要的原因。

Sampling investingation and analysis are done to the out-of-class sports actisities by college students in Hunnan province, by means of questionaires, documents and mathematical approaches. The findings are that the college students took part in out-of-class sports activities two to three times each week. They have different motivation in taking part in the activity and ball games are their preference. Lack of sports stadiums and facilities, pressure of learning, fear of hardship, and lack of guidance are the causes effecting their activity.
