摘要 研究了Ni60、Al2O3+40%TiO2及Ni/Al2O3涂层的摩擦磨损性能,并与T10钢的耐磨性进行了比较,探讨了涂层的磨损机制.实验表明,Ni60涂层耐磨性最好,在低载荷下,涂层失效是由表面接触疲劳引起的;在高载荷下,由于涂层颗粒剥落产生了磨粒磨损.Al2O3+40%TiO2涂层由于陶瓷脆性大,在磨损过程中产生脆断,并且随脆性增加,由脆断引起的磨损量增加. The wear properties and mechanics of Ni60?Al2O3+40%TiO2 and Ni/Al2O3 coatings by plasma spray were investigated,which were compared with the wear resistence of the tool carbon steel T10.Experimental results show that the wear resistant properties of coatings are better than those that of the tool carbon steel T10 The.Ni60 coatings′wear resistence is the best of the three,and the coatings′failure was caused by the surface touching fatigue under lower load;while the grinding under higher load is due to the crackingoff granules.The Al2O3+40%TiO2 ceramic coatings were crackly broken during the wear course,because of its high brittleness;and the wear volume loss was increased with the increasing brittleness.
