摘要
提出企业组织变革的均衡模型,可用以指导利用知识创新思想进行组织变革 该模型结合了一些企业组织管理、流程变革模型的思想,为知识型企业的组织变革提出了新框架和指导思想,并分析出了模型的理论基础和数学基础.
Based on the research results of knowledge innovation, the thesis looks for the insufficient aspects of current research and provides a new model of organizational transformation. The model combines BPR and organizational transformation theory and proposes the frame and thought of organizational transformation. The theory and mathematics basis are also analyzed.
