摘要 通过固相反应法合成了一系列 (Sr ,Ba) 2 (Fe ,Mo) 2 O6+x (Sr ,Ba) 3 MoO6(0≤x≤ 1)陶瓷样品 结果表明 ,适量的 (Sr ,Ba) 3 MoO6添加剂能够使多晶 (Sr ,Ba) 2 (Fe ,Mo) 2 O6材料的磁电阻效应Δρ/ρ得到明显提高 ,并且陶瓷样品的最佳烧结温度降低至大约 Sr,Ba) 2 (Fe,Mo) 2 O 6 + x (Sr,Ba) 3 MoO 6 (0≤ x ≤1) ceramic samples were prepared by solid\| state\|reaction method.It has been shown that moderate (Sr,Ba) 3 MoO 6 addition can enhance the magnetoresistance Δ ρ/ρ of polycrystalline (Sr,Ba) 2 (Fe,Mo) 2 O 6 perovskite remarkably. Moreover,the optimal sintering temperature of ceramic sample decreases to about 860℃.
