摘要
在KOH和K2CO3存在下,通过2,6-二氯苯甲腈(DCBN)与苯酚在N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)中的缩合反应,合成了2,6-二苯氧基苯甲腈(DPOBN).最佳合成条件为:2,6-二氯苯甲腈∶苯酚=1∶2.4,反应温度为140~200℃,反应时间为8h,DPOBN的产率达95.74%.并用IR、DSC、1HNMR等方法对其结构进行了表征.
2,6-Diphenoxybenzonitrile(DPOBN) was prepared by the condensation of 2,6-dichlorobenzonitrile and phenol in NMP in the presence of KOH and K2CO3.The optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows: 2,6-dichlorobenzonitrile/phenol 1∶2.4 (mol),reaction temperature 140~200 ℃,reaction time 8 h.The DPOBN yield reached 95.74%. The structure of the DPOBN was characterized by IR, 1 H NMR and DSC.
