摘要
利用工业废料-煤矸石作骨料,采用均匀设计方法设计压型钢板-煤矸石砼组合楼板的试验方案,并进行多因素、多水平的组合楼板的试验研究;分析了组合楼板的弯矩与挠度的关系曲线、弯矩与滑移的关系曲线及组合楼板的受力过程;使压型钢板-煤矸石砼能够应用于实际工程,从而降低建筑物的自重和造价、使自然资源得到可持续利用。
Industrial waste, gangue concrete, is used as aggregate. Test plan of composite slab with gangue concrete and profiled sheeting is designed with uniform design. Several specimens are tested. The moment and deflection curve, moment and displacement curve and the deforming process of composite slab with gangue concrete and profiled sheeting are analyzed. If the composite slab with gangue concrete and profiled sheeting is used in civil engineering, the weight and cost will be reduced and natural resource can be used step by step.
