模糊随机可靠性理论及其在供水调度中的应用

Fuzzy random reliability theory and its application to water supply control system

给出了普遍意义下系统模糊随机可靠性的定义,针对水库供水调度系统存在的随机性和不确定性(如模糊性、未确知性)及其特点,从单目标和多目标两方面重点对供水调度系统进行模糊随机可靠性分析,在此基础上提出了基于模糊随机可靠性的水库供水调度系统管理决策方法。最后给出一个实例,验证了该方法的合理性。

Giving definition of normal system fuzzy random reliability,aiming at randomcity and uncertainty existing in water supply system,fuzzy random reliability for water supply control system is analyzed. After using the approach of fuzzy random reliability, analyzing water supply system from viewpoint of single objective and multiple objectives,an approach of management and decision on reservoir water supply system based on fuzzy random reliability is put forward. Finally a case study shows how this approach works.
