摘要
从土壤中分离筛选到一株鼠李糖脂的高产菌株R-3,经过发酵得到的鼠李糖脂的浓度可达到26.8g/L。经初步鉴定这个菌株为假丝酵母属(Candida),对该菌株的生长条件及产鼠李糖脂的条件进行了研究,确定了最佳的培养条件。
A strain R-3 from Candida Sp. was screened to produce rhamnose with high yield. The results showed that the yield of rhamnose was greatly affected by carbon sources, nitrogen sources, culture temperature, initial culture pH, aeration and the speed of the stirrer. The optimum fermentation conditions for rhamnose production were: culture medium(g/L): (NH4)2SO4 6.0, yeast extract 1.0, K2HPO4·2H2O 6.0, MgSO4·7H2O 0.1, CaCl2·2H2O 0.01, KH2PO4·12H2O 4.5, FeSO4·7H2O 0.005, com oil 120ml, trace metal solution 10ml. Initial pH: 6.0,Culture temperature: 28℃,Culture period:8d,75ml culture in 300 ml flask,Speed of the stirrer:250r/min.The yield of rhamnose was 26.8g/L.
