摘要
通过建立鼠表皮生长因子(mEGF)中间提取液的超滤浓缩法和冻干浓缩法,比较2种方法对mEGF 纯品蛋白量和活性的影响,冻干浓缩法能提高mEGF的收率和纯化活性。
The ultrafilter concentration and freeze concentration methods were established for concentrating the intermediate extract of mEGF, and the effects of two methods on pure protein content and the activity of protein of mEGF were analyzed. The result indicated that the yield and activity of mEGF could be increased remarkably by the method of freeze concentration.
