摘要
目的 :了解血清粒细胞 -集落细胞刺激因子 (GM -CSF)在骨髓增生异常综合征 (MDS)患者体内的水平及意义。方法 :利用放射免疫法测定 35例正常对照和 32例MDS患者血清GM -CSF的水平。结果 :MDS患者血清GM -CSF与正常对照组相比 ,正常对照组血清GM -CSF为 5 4 86± 17 0 1pg/ml。难治性贫血(RA) 16例 ,血清GM -CSF为 30 6 5± 11 2pg/ml,明显低于正常对照组 (p <0 0 1)。难治性贫血伴有原始细胞增多 (RAEB型 ) 15例 ,血清GM -CSF为 34 80± 15 8pg/ml,明显低于对照组 (p <0 0 1)。难治性贫血伴有原始细胞增多转化型 (RAEBt) 1例 ,血清GM -CSF为 90 6pg/ml。结论 :MDS患者血清GM -CSF明显减低 ,提示GM
Objective To investigate the level of serum Granulocyte-Macrophage Colony Stiumlating Factor(GM-CSF) and its significance in patients with myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS). Methods 35 controls and 32 MDS patients were tested. The level of serum GM-CSF was determined with RIA. Results The level of serum GM-CSF was 54.86±17.01pg/ml in the controls; 30.65±11.2pg/ml in the 16 MDS patients of the RA type; 34.80±15.8pg/ml in the 15 MDS patients of the RAEB type. There was significant difference between level of the MDS RA type and controls ( p <0 01). The same was with the MDS RAEB type ( p <0 01). In a single patient of RAEBt type, the serum GM-CSF level was 90.6pg/ml.Conclusion The serum levels of GM-CSF were much lower in MDS patients than those in the controls. GM-CSF might play a role in the pathogenesis of the disease.
