摘要
目的 对子宫肌瘤妇女和正常妇女子宫肌层声像图回声强度 (EI)定量分析 ,为超声诊断子宫肌瘤提供客观检测指标。方法 用超声诊断仪与型超声图像定量分析诊断仪连机 ,对 18例患子宫肌瘤妇女和 2 0例正常妇女的子宫前壁进行EI定量测定 ,比较两组间EI的灰阶 (GS)、分贝 (dB)差异。结果 子宫肌瘤组GS、dB最小值和平均值明显高于正常妇女组。
Objective To find a reliable method to observe character of muscular layer by quantitative analysis of echo intensity (EI) of image between female of uterus myoma and normal female . To provide an objective index of muscular layer character and diagnose, of uterus myoma. Methods Aloka SSD-1700 type ultrasonic machine was connected with DFY-1type quantitative ultrasonographic analysis system .The EI of muscular layer was determined and analysed in 18 myoma of uterus and 20 normal female, to compare their differences between gray scale(GS) and decibel(dB).Results The minimum and mean values of GS and dB in myoma of uterus group were higher than those in normal group.Conclusions ultrasonic tissue characterization can be used in diagnosing myoma of uterus.
