基层医院胆脂瘤型中耳炎漏诊以及术后常见并发症发生原因分析

The causes of misdiagnosis of cholesteatoma and complications after operation in basal hospital

目的 :探讨基层医院提高胆脂瘤型中耳炎的确诊率及手术疗效的方法。方法 :回顾分析 1 62例、1 81耳胆脂瘤型中耳炎术后患者的临床资料。结果 :3 7 8%的患者术后仍有流脓 ,2 5 4%的患者有不同程度的并发症发生。结论 :提高基层医院胆脂瘤型中耳炎手术疗效并减少并发症 ,最主要的是熟悉耳的解剖 。

Objective:To study the method to improve the diagnosis rate and to explore the effect of cholesteatoma.Methods:162 cases with cholesteatoma were retrospectively analyzed after operation.Curative effect and complications of operation were summarized.Result:37.8% of the cases still ran pus and 25.4% of the cases had complications.Conclusion:To improve the curative effect and reduce complications of operation on cholesteatoma,familiarizing anatomy of ear and grasping the operation skills are the most important points.
