小儿气管切开180例报告

Tracheotomy in children with a clinical analysis of 180 cases

目的 :研究小儿气管切开术的特点及并发症发生的原因。方法 :回顾分析接受小儿气管切开术1 80例的临床资料。结果 :1 80例气管切开患儿中 ,原发病包括急性喉炎、喉外伤、呼吸道异物、昏迷、格林 -巴利综合征等 ,发生各种并发症 2 5例 ,分别是出血、切口感染、皮下气肿、纵隔气肿等。结论 :小儿气管切开有其特殊性 ,并发症多 ,也较严重 ,需正确掌握适应证 。

Objective:To analyze the retiology and complications of tracheotomy of children.Method:180 cases of tracheostomized were retrospectively analyzed.Result:All patients were tracheostomized because of acute laryngitis,traumatic injuries in larynx,foreign body of respiratory tract.Among these 180 cases,twenty-five cases had complications including hemorrhage,incision infection,pneumohypoderma and mediastinal emphysema.Conclusion:Tracheotomy in children should hold indication correctly in order to reduce complications.
