咽喉部血管瘤的治疗

Treatment of pharyngeal and laryngeal hemangioma

目的 :探讨咽喉部血管瘤的治疗方法及远期疗效。方法 :回顾分析 1 988年 4月至 2 0 0 1年 2月咽喉部血管瘤 3 2例的治疗过程。结果 :随访 1年以上 ,治愈率为 87.5 % (2 8 3 2 ,好转率为 9.4% (3 3 2 ) ,无效率为 3 .1 % (1 3 2 ) ,复发率为 6.3 % (2 3 2 ) ,经激光再次治疗后痊愈。结论 :激光或硬化剂注射是治疗咽喉部血管瘤首选方法 ,激光治疗出血或激光难以彻底切除者 。

Objective:To explore the treatment method of pharyngeal and laryngeal hemangioma and the long-term result. Methods:32 patients who underwent the treatment of laser,sclerotherapy and surgery from April of 1988 to Feburary of 2001 were retrospectively analyzed.Result:All cases were followed up over 1 year, the cure rate was 87.5%(28/32),the effective rate was 9.4%(3/32), the in effective rate was 3.1%(1/32),the recurrence rate was 6.3%(2/32), and the 2 cases were cured with laser again.Conclusion:Laser and sclerotherapy have many advantages in treatment of pharyngeal and laryngeal hemangioma. These procedures are good methods. The operation is a supplementary method for treating the disease.
