可拆除缝线小梁切除术治疗青光眼的临床观察

Clinical study on modified releasable sutures in trabeculectomy

目的 :探讨可拆除缝线小梁切除术治疗青光眼的效果。方法 :将 65例、68眼青光眼患者随机分为 2组 ,实验组 3 5眼行可拆除缝线小梁切除术 ,对照组 3 3眼行常规小梁切除术。结果 :实验组的眼压控制率、功能性滤过泡的比例均高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,浅前房、脉络膜脱离等并发症明显减少。 结论 :可拆除缝线小梁切除术疗效良好 ,手术并发症少 。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of modified releasable sutures in the treatment of glaucoma.Methods:65 cases(68 eyes)of glaucoma were divided into two groups randomly.35 eyes of the experiment group were performed modified relesable sutures in trabeculectomy.33 eyes of the control group were performed normal trabeculectomy.Result:The control rate of IOP and the rate of funtional filtering blebs of the experiment group were higher than those of the control group.The complications such as sharrow anterior chamber choroid detachment were obviously decreased.It had remarkable difference between the two groups.Conclusion:Modified releasable sutures in trabeculectomy has a good therapeutic effect and less complication.So it is an ideal antiglaucoma operation.
