肺错构瘤的CT诊断(附14例分析)

CT diagnosis of pulmonary hamartoma(analysis of 14 cases)

目的 :评价CT在诊断肺错构瘤中的价值。方法 :回顾性分析 14例经手术病理证实的肺错构瘤的CT表现。结果 :中央型 2例 ,表现为叶支气管内软组织密度肿物 ,伴阻塞性肺炎或肺不张 ;周围型 12例 ,表现为圆形或椭圆形肿块 ,病灶平均直径 2 .3cm ,多数边缘光滑 ,病灶内有钙化 6例 ,含有脂肪 4例 ,形成空洞 1例。结论 :CT在肺错构瘤的诊断中有重要作用 。

Objective:To assess the value of CT study in the diagnosis of pulmonary hamartoma.Methods:The 14 cases were studied by CT and analyzed retrospectively,all cases were proved surgically and pathologically.Results:There are 2 central type of interlob bronchial mass with obstructive pneumonia or atelectasis;12 peripheral type were round or oval mass,the diameter of foci averaged 2 3cm,with smooth and regular edge in most of them,6 lesions with calcification,4 lesions with fat,1 lesion with cavity.Conclusion:CT played an important role in the diagnosis of pulmonary hamartoma,analysis with the lesion border and internal structure emphasized.
