目的 建立维甲酸凝胶的质控方法。方法 采用一阶导数光谱法在 3 78nm处测定维甲酸的含量。结果 维甲酸的平均回收率为 10 0 .3 7%。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method of tretinoin quality controling. METHOD Tretinoin was determined by the first derivative spectrophotometry at 378nm.RESULTS The average recovery of tretinoin was 100.37%.CONCLUSION The established method is suitable for the determination of tretinoin gel.
