染料比色法测定硫酸阿米卡星注射液的含量

Determination of amikacin sulfate injection by colorimetry

目的 应用染料比色法测定硫酸阿米卡星注射液的含量。方法 依据阿米卡星与溴麝香草酚蓝 (BTB)在 pH6.5的磷酸盐缓冲液中反应生成的络合物的光谱特征 ,选择 42 6nm作为测定波长。结果 阿米卡星浓度在 3 0～ 90 μg/mL的范围内与吸收度呈良好线性关系 (r=0 .9995 ) ,平均回收率为 10 0 .3 % (n =5 ) ,RSD为 0 .8%。结论 本法快速、简便 ,结果准确。

OBJECTIVE To determine amikacin sulfate injection by colorimetry. METHOD On the basis of the feature of spectrometry for a soluble complex, the product of the reaction between amikacin and bromothymol blue in pH6.5 buffer solution, 426nm was chosen as its determination wavelength.RESULTS The concentration of amikacin was linear (r =0.9995) with in 30～90μg/mL. The average recovery was 100.3%. RSD was 0.8% ( n =5).CONCLUSION The method is rapid, simple and accurate.
