腮腺Warthin瘤及瘤旁腺泡细胞增殖与细胞凋亡的定量研究

A Quantitative Study on Cell Proliferation and Apoptosis in Parotid Warthin Tumor and its' Contiguous Acini.

目的 :探讨细胞增殖与细胞凋亡在腮腺Warthin瘤及瘤旁腺泡中的作用。方法 :取 6 4例中部分Warthin瘤及瘤旁腺泡作流式细胞术 (flowcqtometry ,FCM )。以ModFitLT软件进行细胞增殖分析 ,以Sub -G1法检测凋亡率。结果 :Warthin瘤的DNA指数 (DNAindex ,DI)、S期细胞比例 (schizocqto % ,S % )、PI增殖指数 (proliferationindex ,PI)与凋亡率分别为 1.13、8.83、9.95和 8.2 4 ,属最高值 ,瘤旁腺泡的DI、S %、PI和凋亡率分别为 1.0 8、8.94、8.6 6和 6 .6 7。正常腮腺为 0 .99、5 .10、8.0 1和 5 .75。三者之间无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :腮腺Warthin瘤和瘤旁腺泡的细胞增殖与细胞凋亡水平稍高于正常腺泡 ,但差异不大 。

Objective:To determine the effection of cell proliferation and apoptosis in parotid Warthin tumor and its' contiguous acini.Methods:Some cases of 64 parotid Warthin tumors and their contiguous acini were studied with flow cytometry,analysis of cell proliferation by ModFit software and cell apoptosis by sub-G 1 way.Result:The DI,S%,PI and apoptosis rate of Warthin tumor were 1.13,8.83,9.95 and 8.24.respectively that were highest value.Next to contiguous acini.They were 1.08,8.94,8.66 and 6.67 separately,finally,the normal acini were 0.99,5.10,8.01 and 5.75 respectively.In which they were no obvious different ( P >0.05) among three groups.Conclusions:The value of cell proliferation and apoptosis are a little higher in Warthin tumor and its' contiguous than that in normal acini.But no evident different that indicate the possibility of recurrency is rare after the tumor removed.
