Progress in the use of transgenic plants as vaccine production systems
摘要
植物转化技术是利用分子生物学和基因工程技术 ,将外源基因插入到受体植物的基因组中并使其在后代植株中得以表达的过程。本文就转基因植物作为疫苗生产系统的方法、优点、研究应用等进行综述。
