摘要
目的 探讨大剂量环磷酰胺 (CTX)减少重症肌无力危象的作用。方法 临床治疗 80例 ,其中男 3 6例 ,女 44例 ,平均年龄 3 7岁。将所有患者分为二组进行观察治疗。结果 所有病例术后全部随访 ,治疗组与对照组统计结果 (P <0 .0 0 1)二者间有显著差异。
Objective To discuss the use of maximum dosage cyclophosphamide in treating myasthenia crisis.Method Among the 80 cases 36 cases were male,44 cases were female.Average of all cases 37 year.treatment to all patient divided in two groups.Result All cases were followed up when the treatment and contrast group were significant statistical difference(P<0.001).Conclusion Treatment of myasthenia crisis with maximum dosage Cyclophosphamide is an ideal prevention and cure method.
