More studies have proved bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)have active self proliferative and multi differentiate capacity.At present,its application has been attached importance to in bone tissue engineering.More studies on the regulation of osteogenic differentiation of MSCs have been carried out in molecular,biochemical,physical levels and made more progress.
